Well, who on earth would have thought that Coffee would be hot:rolleyes:, but some rich woman has mandated that McDonald's coffee have "Hot" written all over it now cause she's stupid.:)

Maybe she should have gotten frapachinos at Starbucks.:D

Maybe instead of a steady alarm past 30 deg.. it should have a voice telling you "you're f**ked!!":D:D

Got to admit, I would love to have one of these..

Not to go too far off subject, but if you look deeper into that lawsuit, McDonalds was heating their coffee well beyond typical standards and unreasonably dangerous, 3rd degree burn hot to be exact, more than any other resturant. McDonalds was aware of the risk, but consumers were not. (Everyone expects coffee to be hot, but not 'go to the hospital and spends hundreds of thousands of dollars in skin grafts hot') McDonalds needed a wake-up call if you ask me, they got it.

Sometimes its stupid corporations, and not always stupid consumers. Although, theres no shortage of stupid people in the world. Legal departments now take things to the extreme for "just in case" situations, not always backed by any logic, and most of its due to misconceptions or myths like the McDonalds coffee lawsuit. I know the legal departments at these Hospitals I work with are just crazy sometimes.

I saw past 30 on my Inclinometer when you were spotting me last year John. So should the Digital one say your spotter just F'ed up?
