Sorry about that, it was spur of the moment thing, I was in the area on my lunch break and had a couple minutes to pick up the parts. I will definitely introduce myself next time. Looked like you were coming back from lunch, didn't want to interrupt. Raul, did well, even let me borrow the computer to find the union part number. :). Thanks again guys.

No you are not the only satisfied customer -- we just ordered a bunch of parts from Jacque -- He was extremely professional and took great care of me -- answering my questions no matter how dumb they were. Thanks again Jacque - looking forwarding to getting the truck fixed with all the new parts.

There were no dumb questions from you, to the contrary, everything that you asked about was on point and very well thought out. I am no guru when it comes major mechanical overhauls... thats why they give me pictures with corresponding numbers to look at.:D

This is part of the philosophy of "zenkai";)

Which is similar to the Toyota version of KAIZEN

For those not in the know, Kaizen = Continuous Improvement, therefore Zenkai = Continously Fucking Up. :D
