looks longer than I though a 34' would be. Nice. Love that tow pic too!

Just curious, besides the obvious reasons (can pull with a SUV, or not sacrifice any bed space) are there any advantages to a bumper pull over a goose neck?

Not really that I can think of. Having the Kon is the whole reason that I want to stay with a BP.

I looked at some like that when I got my new 20'. The one thing I didn't like was the axles are too far to the rear for a BP trailer. Would be a differnt story if it was a GN. My .02

Yea, but if'n yer loadin up just one truck, you can move it around, so as it will handle good on the road. The difference with a GN is that you are effectively pulling 3-4' forward of a BP (better straight line pulling, less tail wagging the dog type movement), but more importantly, yer able to distribute the tongue weight over/forward of the rear axle. That is something I cannot do with the Yukon.
What trailer specs/pricing were you seeing when shopping around?

Why couldn't you just make your truck safe/reliable enough to drive?

Yea, he doesn't like being like me, and driving home at 45 mph from Clayton, OK because he bent his drive shaft on a rock.:flipoff2:
Thank God I won't have that problem anymore. After that 4 1/2 drive home from Clayton, I traded my wifes truck in for a F150 Supercrew FX2 that will pull my crap. Now I just need to build my trailer. For now though, I can borrow.

Looked at a 36 with 3ft dovetail, no ramps, no storage box's, wood deck, 3ft tall front bump stop, no toungue jack. 2001 Tow Master heavy equipment trailer 18K cap. 2800lb tare weight, with pintole loop.
Needs lights, wiring, paint, 5 new boards, 4 new tires, and license.
Overall its in rough shape, at the very least needs lights and tires before pick-up. Located 1 hour west of Amarillo. I'm waiting on some pics, the ones on my phone didnt turn out good.
Unemployed owner wants to sell bfr Xmas, $4800. Pretty sure holding out a few weeks will bring the price down some.

It also has a 12K Super Winch mounted at the front.
